Interact Club Awards

Each year, Interact District 7980 awards special clubs and individuals for their outstanding accomplishments throughout the school year. Clubs are given these awards in the spring at the annual Rotary District conference, presented by the Interact District Representatives, along with the Youth Services Chair and the Interact Chair. Each award is named after a past Interactor who has made a significant impact and contribution towards youth services.

Interact Service Above Self Award: Given to either an individual or a club that has truly demonstrated what it means to serve others above themselves.

Hailey Cruz Award: Given to a newly created or reestablished club that has grown tremendously over the past year and made an impact in the community as well as the district.

Kristen Foster Award: Given to the club that raises the most money towards charity throughout the school year.

Dylan Molster Award: Given to the club with the closest connection to their local Rotary Club.

Interact Club Citations

Every year, Rotary International District 7980 issues citations to deserving Interact clubs to recognize their achievements and efforts over the past year. Achieving a district citation reflects an Interact club’s ability to represent the local and international communities of Rotary, work together with their sponsoring Rotary club(s), and engage their members at the district level.  For criteria and submission details, please email the district board at InteractClubsD7980@gmail.com.
